This is the dated record of every fix to a directory entry: a wrong plan, a stale price, a missing integration, or a depth grade that moved. Grade changes are always listed here, because a new grade re-shelves the list it sits on; for a grade change, the What changed cell gives the old grade and the new one. The newest line goes at the top.

## Report a change

Email hello@thenotetakers.com under "An integration detail changed" with the tool, the integration and a link to the vendor or marketplace page that shows the current state. Vendors use the same address and send the same three things. How a report becomes a fix is on [Methodology](/methodology).
