thenotetakers.com publishes comparisons of how AI notetakers connect to other systems. Every post follows these rules.

**One workflow per post.** Each post answers one workflow question and compares tools on the trigger, the data, the records, the filters and the plan. The [methodology page](/methodology) explains each criterion.

**First party sources.** Integration claims come from the vendor's API reference, developer and webhook docs, help center, pricing page and its Zapier or app marketplace listing.

**Exact names.** Fields, events and parameters are written exactly as the vendor documents them, so you can search for them in the docs.

**Say what is unclear.** If a vendor's pages disagree, the post says so and cites both. If a behavior is not documented, the post says that rather than guessing.

**Plain, careful wording.** Posts say a tool was reviewed or compared against its documentation.

**Written picks.** Picks name the case each tool handles best. There are no star ratings or aggregate scores.

**Vendor input.** Vendors can point out a change by sending a link to a public page that documents it.

**Money.** The site carries no ads. Ownership is covered on the [About page](/about).

**Dates.** Every post shows its Updated date, and pricing and plan limits are rechecked when a vendor changes them, and at least every 90 days.
